These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by BossLady Omnificent Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing this website or purchasing services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

BossLady Omnificent Consulting LLC provides digital strategy, advisory, and consulting services. All services are advisory in nature. No guarantees of specific financial, performance, or business outcomes are made.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Strategic advisory sessions are time-protected and non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Project engagement deposits secure formal engagement and are applied toward the total approved project scope. Deposits are non-refundable once scope alignment has been confirmed.

Remaining project balances are invoiced separately.

3. No Guarantees

Client acknowledges that business results depend on numerous factors beyond the Company’s control. The Company does not guarantee specific revenue increases, performance outcomes, or business results.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, recommendations, documentation, and advisory content provided remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BossLady Omnificent Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
